As for as Milk is concerned , it is quite satisfactory but the supply service is Pathetic.... Out of seven packets i got two rotten/Spoiled packs and once i raised complaint the response was shocking that i have kept those packets in some high temperature. Anyway my experience with Emano milk is disappointing so i stopped using their products.

We truly appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. As a company, we prioritize delivering fresh, pasteurized milk to your doorstep, and we want to ensure that you have the best experience possible.

Given that five out of the seven packets you received were in good condition, it indicates that the milk was fresh at the time of delivery. The two packets that spoiled after a few days suggest that there may have been some temperature fluctuations during storage at home. We understand that this can happen for a variety of reasons, and we are not placing blame on our customers.

It’s important to keep in mind that our milk is preservative-free and needs to be stored at or below 4°C. The expiration date on the packet is a guideline to help you understand how long the milk will remain fresh if stored at the correct temperature.

We typically handle any claims related to spoiled milk within 24 hours of delivery, as this is the window in which we can be certain the spoilage was due to our process. Beyond that, factors like home storage conditions can come into play.

We are constantly striving to improve our service and would love the opportunity to earn back your trust. If there is anything else we can do, please let us know.

Thank you for your understanding.

Can the representative please confirm whether the milk is obtained through a natural process by allowing the calf to suckle for some time, or through the use of injections? The information provided on the page only explains the processing after milking, not the method used before the milk is collected.

Ordered their products and I'm in love. Emano milk is addictive if you like a good karak chaay. The texture is creamiest and taste is delicious. Its better than every available option within the twin cities

Today ordered it. Milk had very good taste and that too without the need of boiling. I will happily be your repeat customer. Specially for children I think I can trust on this milk more than any being sold openly. So far great taste. Amazing thing as soon as I ordered, I immediately received the confirmation call. The Rider was on my door within 1.5 hours, which is impressive while considering my location relative to emano outlet.
Have received some other products too, will give my feedback on them as well as I use them. Which include the other "Homogenized Milk" and the "Canola Oil".
