The milk quality is good, and I’m generally satisfied with the product. However, the delivery service is extremely disappointing.

I often order extra milk to save on delivery charges, but when it comes to delivery, I’m sometimes told that there is no rider available, and other times I’m asked to arrange an InDrive myself. If I have to arrange the delivery myself, then what is the benefit of ordering extra quantity?

What was even more disappointing was the response from the helpline, where I was simply told to cancel the order. The product may be good, but the delivery service and customer support definitely need significant improvement.

Thank you for loving our milk quality! We sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience with our helpline—telling you to cancel is not how we handle customer care, and we are reviewing this with our team.

Because fresh milk requires a strict cold supply chain to stay safe, we never use or recommend services like InDrive. Our delivery window is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and because our supply is fresh (not unlimited), late orders are delivered the following day.

The milk should have a longer expiry date. Whenever it is delivered, only about 6 days are left before it expires. Otherwise, the overall quality is good.

Ever since I started making tea with this milk, I’ve stopped ordering tea from the hostel mess. Highly recommended. 10/10!
